Custom Tax Planning for
High-Income Professionals
High-income physicians
overpay their taxes anywhere from $100,000 to $500,000 annually while facing an IRS audit rate from 2 to 4 times higher than the average American.
High-income real estate investors
unnecessarily overpay their taxes anywhere from $20,000 to over $100,000 annually while being explicitly targeted by the IRS for audits.
Most medical professionals and real estate professionals rely on traditional tax preparers who record your history, entering the "right" numbers in the "right" boxes on the "right" forms and calling it a day, while leaving tens of thousands of dollars in tax savings on the table, only for you to pay the price.
Is your tax preparer "playing it safe" out of fear of an IRS audit? Does your tax preparer have the confidence to represent you before the IRS? Paul can fight your IRS audit and take the IRS to Tax Court.
Work with Paul to pay less tax and fight the IRS in Tax Court by booking a Tax Discovery Session today.

Tax Court Representation
As a United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP), Paul is authorized to represent taxpayers before the United States Tax Court as a nonattorney practitioner, providing qualified representation for clients involved in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This unique combination of proactive tax planning and Tax Court representation allows him to calmly guide clients through complex situations with a broader understanding of both strategy and procedure.
A USTCP is a federally authorized tax professional admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Most tax professionals can file returns and assist with audits before the IRS, but less than 300 practitioners nationwide hold the Tax Court's authorization to represent taxpayers in front of the United States Tax Court. Paul is one of those few. For his clients, that means the person designing their tax strategy also knows how to defend it.
